What personal information we may collect from you
We collect personal information directly from you when you interact with our products and services through Contact Us, or apply for employment through Careers. Depending on your specific interaction with us, we may collect the following:

Why and for what purpose we collect your personal data
We process your personal information strictly for legitimate business interest under the following legal bases:
- To evaluate, process and respond to product and service requests, proposals, or general inquiries; or
- To evaluate applicant qualifications and candidate assessments.
In Careers, where we rely on your consent to process personal information, through the active submission of your Resume, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent to the processing at any time by notifying us in writing (via email).
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), we can only use your personal data for the specified purposes. Here are our reasons:
- For Contract Us, answering inquiries and follow-ups, user identification, and maintaining records.
- For Careers, assessing candidate suitability, talent communication and managing interview schedules, and talent pooling.
Cookies
Cookies are small text stored in your device when you visit our website. We utilize both first-party cookies, which are set directly by our website, and third-party cookies set by external service providers, such as Google. The cookies directly set by our website are necessary cookies required to operate our website and improve user experience. The website will not work properly without it.

Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
We do not share or sell your personal information with any other person or entity, unless such disclosure is allowed under Sections 12 or 13 of RA 10625 or Data Privacy Act of 2012.
How we protect your personal data
No security system is impenetrable, and we will do our best to protect the security of our systems and your personal data. We have implemented the appropriate organization, physical and technical security measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized or unlawful access of your personal information. These include:
- Role-based access controls, internal employee confidentiality agreements, and regular privacy training for staff;
- Encrypted website communications, firewall protection, secure server environments and other security tools; and
- Physical access controls and secure record disposal protocols, among other.
Retention and disposal policies
Personal data collected via Contact Us are kept for one (1) year from the fulfillment of the declared purposes. Personal information collected via Careers are keep for one (1) year from receipt thereof, unless an applicant formally requests earlier deletion. We may keep relevant personal information for a longer period if required by law or when needed for the protection and defense of our legal rights, or to prevent fraud or threatened litigation. Thereafter, physical copies of your personal information, if there will be any, are securely shredded, and digital copies are either permanently deleted or anonymized in accordance with the National Privacy Commission’s security guidelines.
Your Rights as Data Subject
Pursuant to the DPA, you are entitled to the following data privacy rights:
- Right to request reasonable access to the personal information we hold about you, including how your data is processed, the sources from which it was obtained, and to whom it has been disclosed.
- Right to object to the processing of personal data where processing is based on consent or legitimate interest. Upon your objection, we will stop processing your personal information unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds to continue the processing.
- Right to obtain a copy of your personal information in a mutually acceptable format. The period for providing a copy depends of the volume of your personal data.
- Right to request correction to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data.
- Right to request deletion or removal of your personal information, if it is no longer necessary for us to hold the data.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and seek damages if you believe that your data privacy rights have been violated. However, we kindly request that you first notify our Data Protection Officer (DPO) in writing to give us an opportunity to investigate or resolve your concern.
You can exercise your rights as data subjects by sending us an email at gppmcdataprivacy@gd-prime.com. When you make a request, note that such request is subject to certain conditions, such as identity verification and statutory exception, if applicable. Our target fulfillment is thirty (30) business days from receipt of your complete request and/or necessary supporting or additional documentation. This period may be extended depending on the complexity of the request.
